If you are looking for something specific and could not find it on our site, let us know. We are constantly adding more items and would like your input about products you would like us to carry.  Please note there are no additional fees for special orders.

Method of Payment
Currently we accept Master Card and Visa only. Unfortunately we do not process COD Orders.

US SHIPPING POLICY:

All items will be shipped Priority mail via the United States Postal Service.  Express orders will be shipped via FedEx.

International orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

MARYLAND RESIDENTS: A sales tax charge will be added to all orders.

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase on any unopened items.  All items returned within 14 business days will receive a full credit of the purchase price; over 14 business days will receive A Crafter’s Haven Gift card.  Please note shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charge.  All returns require prior approval; send an e-mail to customerservice@acraftershaven.net (noting item/items and invoice number).  In the event of missing or damaged items all correspondence should be sent to customerservice@arcaftershaven.net within 3 business days of receipt.
